Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items, such as intimate apparel or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer support team for clarification.

Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@rabiacouture.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your return shipment. Rabia Couture is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
